Frequently asked questions

How do I play?

Tap anywhere to fly. Every tap uses energy, so pop bubbles to refill it. Some bubbles pull you inside: tap quickly to pop them from the inside. The longer you stay in, the bigger the reward, but stay too long and it's game over. Flying past poles is safe; touching a live, sparking wire is not.

Will I lose my progress if I delete the app or change phones?

Your best score and settings are stored on your device, so deleting the app removes them.

Which devices are supported?

Bubble Dare runs on iPhone and iPad and plays in landscape. The minimum iOS version is listed on the App Store page.

Can I play without sound?

Yes. Turn the volume down or switch your device to silent mode and the game plays silently.

Is it available on Android?

Not yet. Bubble Dare is launching on iPhone and iPad first.

How do I get a refund?

All App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does Bubble Dare collect my data?

We don't: there are no accounts, and your progress stays on your device. The game is free and shows ads from Google, and Google's ad software collects some information from your device to show them. Personalised ads are shown only if you allow it. See our privacy policy for details.

How do I change my ad choices?

In Europe, the UK and Switzerland, open Settings → Privacy → Ad choices in the game to change your consent. In US states with privacy laws, such as California, the same button lets you opt out of your data being sold or shared for ads. Everywhere, you can stop apps from tracking you in the iPhone Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking; you then still see ads, but not personalised ones.
